Director of AI-Driven Revenue Operations

Harmonic Security, Inc. is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and own the GTM engine across the U.S. and Europe, partnering with Finance, Legal, and VP of AI Engineering to scale an AI‑native GTM motion.

You’ll own lead‑to‑order, forecasting, reporting, quotas and territory design, and you’ll grow a small team while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and pipeline health. This is a hands‑on, strategic role in a fast‑moving SaaS company.
