The role bridges the Executive Leadership Team and the AI Center of Excellence, translating business strategy into deployed AI capabilities and deploying AI capabilities into measurable P&L results.
The Director of AI Delivery owns two distinct portfolios:
1. Strategic Growth Portfolio
A small number of high-impact enterprise AI projects were selected in line with the company’s five-year strategy.
2. Functional Productivity Portfolio
A broader portfolio of AI initiatives across:
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- HR
- IT
These initiatives drive operational efficiency while enabling revenue growth without a proportional increase in headcount.

Drive the Strategic AI Growth Portfolio
- Co-own the delivery of 2026 strategic AI initiatives from scope through production
- Apply the enterprise AI prioritization framework for future investments
- Partner with the AI Center of Excellence on:
- platform selection

- Report quarterly progress to the Executive Leadership Team
Own Enterprise AI Deployment
- Translate experiments into production solutions
- Prioritize AI roadmaps across every business function

Redesign Work for AI
