Director of AI Cluster Uptime & Multi‑Site Operations

SpaceXAI is seeking a Director of Site Operations to own uptime for a multi-site AI supercompute cluster. You will lead a 250+ person operations team across four shifts and drive fault mitigation, SRE practices, and vendor execution to ensure 24/7 availability.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a track record of maintaining high SLA performance in compute-heavy environments.
