Director of Admission Systems & CRM Innovation

Mount Holyoke College is seeking a Director of Admission Systems and Operations to lead the CRM and data governance for the Office of Admission. The role partners with senior enrollment leadership to optimize technologies across first year, transfer, and Frances Perkins processes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in admission or related fields, strong communication skills, and deep Slate CRM experience, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
