As the Director of Accounting, you’ll lead core accounting functions, oversee treasury activities, streamline processes using a kaizen‑driven approach, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You’ll partner closely across regions, guide teams through dotted‑line leadership, and represent the accounting function during site visits—making this a visible and influential role within the company.

Responsibilities

• GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and core accounting operations
• Treasury management, cash flow oversight, and banking relationships
• Internal/external audits, including sales tax, insurance, and workers’ compensation
• Continuous improvement and process optimization across accounting workflows
• Strategic financial guidance to regional and executive leadership

Requirements

• 7–10 years of combined public (audit‑focused) and private accounting experience
• Strong audit management and treasury oversight background
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross‑functionally
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced role with ~40% travel
