• Develop and execute overall account management strategy to support client growth and retention.
• Oversee account management support functions including CRM, reporting, and special projects.

Drive Strategic Customer Relationships:

• Mentor and develop RAMs and CSMs to build executive-level client relationships.
• Lead account growth and planning, including S&OP and business expansion initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

• Serve as executive sponsor ensuring cross-functional collaboration and service delivery.
• Standardize processes, drive continuous improvement, and leverage technology for efficiency.
