US Foods is seeking a Director Night Warehouse to lead overnight warehouse operations at our high-volume foodservice distribution center. In this role, you will oversee all night shift activities, including receiving, put-away, case picking, loading, and shipping accuracy, ensuring orders are completed safely, on time, and in full. You will manage and develop front-line supervisors and associates, drive productivity and quality KPIs, and enforce food safety, OSHA, and company policies.
The Director will optimize labor planning, slotting, and material handling equipment usage while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional internal customer service.
