In this role, you will oversee all night warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, selection, loading, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time delivery for customers. You will manage and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, drive a performance- and safety-focused culture, and ensure compliance with food safety, OSHA, and company standards.
The Director will optimize labor, productivity, and warehouse layout, lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage KPIs and budgets, and partner with transportation, sales, and supply chain teams to support customer satisfaction and growth.
