Nexcess is seeking a Sales Director for New Logo Acquisition in North America. You will lead a team of 5–8 Account Executives, drive new logo bookings, ARR, and pipeline, and actively participate in opportunity strategy, negotiations, and closing key deals.
You will coach teams on MEDDPICC/MEDDICC, forecast rigor, and territory planning, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to maximize growth and durable customer relationships.
