Director, Mortgage Lead Acquisition & Affiliate Growth

Rate is actively seeking a Director of Mortgage Lead Acquisition & Affiliate Partnerships to drive profitable loan production through purchased leads and performance-based partnerships. This leader will own the strategy, economics, and day-to-day performance of our affiliate and aggregator channels across mortgage products.

The right candidate can evaluate source quality, negotiate strong partner terms, and work with marketing and sales to turn leads into funded loans at an efficient cost.
