What You'll Do

• Drive Assortment Growth

  Lead the strategy that expands our product breadth and depth while improving profitability and customer value.

• Build Strategic Supplier Partnerships

  Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with leading brands and suppliers that help strengthen our market position.

• Elevate the Digital Experience

  Improve product discoverability, category navigation, onsite search performance, and overall ecommerce conversion.

• Turn Data into Action

  Leverage customer behavior, market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to make informed merchandising decisions.

• Lead and Inspire Teams

  Mentor and develop merchandising professionals while fostering collaboration across Marketing, Pricing, Product Information, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably within electronics distribution or related industries
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO, taxonomy, and customer journey strategy
• Experience building scalable merchandising and product content processes
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering an outstanding customer experience
