Onsite Full Time Operations & Business Administration

  • Own end-to-end merchandise operations across Roc Nation’s artist roster
  • Lead demand forecasting, financial modeling, product development, vendor and partner management, D2C e-commerce, tour logistics, event and VIP retail, and post-campaign reconciliation
  • Model buys, sizing curves, sell-through, and reorder scenarios
  • Build revenue projections, margin targets, and inventory decisions
  • Own product assortments across apparel, music, accessories, and specialty items
  • Develop production-ready designs and files with creative teams and manage sampling, approvals, and production timelines
  • Build and own P&Ls for all products and drive margin and cost decisions
  • Manage external relationships with manufacturers, pressing/distribution partners, licensed-goods and fashion collaborators, fulfillment partners, venues, leagues, and promoters
  • Negotiate terms, manage purchase orders, and ensure partner delivery, quality, and compliance
  • Own Shopify storefront strategy and execution, including builds, drops, pre-orders, and launches
  • Partner with digital marketing on fan communications, launch timing, and customer-service handoff
  • Manage tour merchandise logistics, including routing, freight, cross-border movement, and venue coordination
  • Plan and execute merchandise for tours, pop-ups, stadium/arena activations, and VIP programs
  • Manage on-site retail operations through Atvenu and POS, including staffing, comps, and settlement
  • Produce sales recaps and performance reporting for leadership
  • Maintain audit-ready reconciliation and inventory documentation
  • Run weekly merchandise meetings and maintain agendas and action tracking
  • Partner with legal, finance, communications, artist teams, venues, leagues, promoters, and other external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in a leadership merchandising role within music entertainment, artist management, or streetwear/apparel industries
  • Deep understanding of music fan culture and streetwear trends
  • Knowledge of print-on-demand/quick-turn manufacturing and traditional cut-and-sew apparel development
  • Experience managing a matrixed P&Ls and budget forecasting
  • Experience with open-to-buy (OTB) planning
  • Ability to analyze complex royalty frameworks
  • Experience negotiating manufacturing terms, vendor service level agreements (SLAs), and licensing/IP guardrails
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
