Director, Medical Staff Services & Credentialing

Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a Medical Staff Services Manager to oversee the preparation and coordination of medical staff functions, including committee meetings, bylaws, and policies for approval by medical staff and governing board.

Responsibilities include credentialing oversight, quality management participation, and budget preparation for the medical staff organization and services department. Requires a Bachelor's degree and certification as a Medical Staff Manager.
