Director, Meat & Seafood Production

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood seeks a production leader to oversee department managers across cut, prep, packaging and warehouse. You will stay involved in operations, address equipment, staffing and safety needs, and drive high-quality cuts with maximum yield.

The role requires four years of meat processing leadership and a Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site position supporting our Illinois facility.
