Director, Marketing Operations

Morning Consult is hiring a Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations to own the marketing organization's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives end to end — from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and the outcome each one was meant to produce.

This role is not a conventional product marketing, growth, or operations position; you will move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, coordinating with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance to ensure
