Director, Major Bridge Programs

HDR is seeking a Major Bridge Technical Director to lead the Bridges and Structures program within HDR’s Transportation Business Group. The role combines strategic technical direction, staff leadership, and hands-on delivery across large, multi-disciplinary, long-span projects in North America.

You will mentor engineers, enforce HDR’s design standards, drive QA/QC, and collaborate with clients to deliver safe, resilient bridge solutions while advancing HDR’s employee-owned culture.
