Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Physician for a Director / Lead Physician role supporting multiple locations across the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati regions. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical care with leadership responsibilities in a value-based care model focused on medically complex and underserved populations.

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Open to Infectious Disease or Addiction Medicine with recent primary care experience
- Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
- Several years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship background
- Experience working with complex or underserved populations preferred
- Comfortable managing high-acuity patients
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
