Director - Large Format Print Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Large Format Print Operations to lead geographically dispersed graphics and print production teams for an established, growing trade show exhibit company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop graphics and production teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee graphics from file preparation and pre-press through printing, finishing, quality control, and delivery.
• Improve workflows and processes to reduce errors, reprints, waste, and missed deadlines.
• Manage vendor and print facility relationships and performance.
• Partner with Project Management, Design, Production, and Operations.
• Take ownership of complex client escalations and drive sustainable solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in large-format graphics, print production, pre-press, exhibit graphics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing graphics or production teams.
• Strong knowledge of large-format printing, color management, pre-press, finishing, and multiple substrates.
• Experience managing distributed teams, vendors, or production facilities.
