Partners with executive leadership to drive strategy while overseeing due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversees and manages financial analysis of development and investment opportunities, including the creation of detailed pro-forma and financial models.Oversees detailed proforma assumptions to support modeling accuracy and quarterly business plan updatesReview and/or prepare competitive market analysis with pricing graphs and resale analysis.Responsible for Screening Memo and IC presentations to executive leadershipCoordinate with Investments TeamOversees critical Issues list compilation based on a thorough review of all diligence documentsLead the comprehensive feasibility analysis with documented findings.Oversees the preparation of operational goals for the Department. Directs activities that have significant impact to the achievement of results inclusive of Business Plan and Strategic Plan Updates.Focus is on execution of annual strategic and operational plansLeads cross departmental project teamsLead negotiations with brokers, land sellers and buyers with the oversite of the VP of Land.Prepare LOIs.
