Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $140,500 - $176,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Design and execute labor optimization strategies, maintaining a prioritized roadmap and deploying as a change agent to assess and improve unit-level labor schedules
  • Analyze labor metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, forecast labor expenses, and evaluate P&L impacts of improved productivity
  • Develop and implement best practices in scheduling, staffing, and labor management, maintaining a centralized repository for enterprise-wide use
  • Ensure compliance with union agreements and contractual obligations, partnering with Labor Relations and Legal to resolve ambiguities and navigate restrictions
  • Track initiative progress and performance, reporting results to inform ongoing improvements
  • Build strong partnerships with subsidiary, location, and unit-level leaders to support realistic implementation of labor strategies and drive continuous improvement
More About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred; process improvement or project management certification a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an operations role in a large corporate environment
  • Record of developing strong business relationships and partnerships throughout the organization from owners of the company to front-line workers
  • Experience with Food & Beverage operations required, particularly across multiple formats
  • Experience building sophisticated financial models, sometimes when data is limited and forecasts are uncertain
  • Advanced Excel user with a high degree of comfort with large datasets
  • Experience using Workforce Management systems; experience with kiosk technology and implementation a plus
