This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate effectively across modern technology environments, including data, BI, and emerging AI capabilities, while driving strong delivery outcomes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the PMO strategy and align project portfolios to business prioritiesDrive execution of complex, cross-functional programs across applications, data, BI, and AI initiativesEstablish effective, scalable governance frameworks that drive clarity, accountability, and consistent deliveryPartner with business and executive stakeholders to translate priorities into clear, measurable outcomesStay actively engaged in delivery, removing obstacles and keeping initiatives on trackIdentify risks, dependencies, and resource gaps early, and adjust plans as neededContinuously improve project delivery by evolving tools, processes, and team capabilityQualifications15+ years of experience in IT project/program leadership, including leading teamsExperience working across multiple IT disciplines (applications, data, infrastructure)Strong understanding of data, BI, and/or AI-driven environments and how they support business decision-makingProven ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced or evolving organizationsHands-on, ownership-oriented leadership style, with the ability to stay close to executionAbility to apply project management principles with flexibility and sound judgment based on the needs of the initiativeStrong understanding of project delivery concepts and lifecycle managementBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role.
