First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director, Internal Audit Professional Practices to lead QAIP, audit methodology, operations, reporting, and analytics. The role ensures compliance with IIA standards, regulatory expectations, and internal quality requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audit planning and governance, develop metrics and dashboards, mentor teams, and partner with technology and business units to advance analytics-enabled auditing.
