Director, Internal Audit & SOX Program

Fervo Energy is seeking a Director of Internal Audit to design and build the internal audit function from first principles, guiding the SOX compliance program and defining the enterprise risk universe across financial reporting, IT, OT, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

This hands-on leadership role partners with the Head of Compliance & Regulatory Programs, CFO, external auditors, and the Audit Committee to ensure a robust control environment and continuous improvement.
