Director, Institutional Giving — Remote‑Eligible for Foundation & Corporate Grants

Dream.Org seeks a Director, Institutional Giving to lead its grant writing, funder outreach, and reporting for institutional funding. Reporting to the VP of Growth & Partnerships, you will manage a high-volume submissions portfolio and ensure timely grants and reports.

The role requires deep experience in nonprofit fundraising, strong relationships with foundations, and independence in managing proposals, budgets, and CRM-driven pipelines.
