Responsibilities
- Lead development, evolution, and execution of the global inline breast cancer portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with broader oncology and enterprise priorities.
- Translate market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data into clear strategic direction and actionable priorities.
- Partner closely with the Breast Cancer pipeline team to ensure seamless integration of pipeline assets into portfolio strategy and planning.
- Drive integrated pull-through of key global initiatives, including major congresses, symposia, and portfolio-wide programs.
- Own the portfolio operating plan, aligning stakeholders on priorities, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Lead global launch operations for key growth opportunities, including HER2+ first-line indications, ensuring cross-functional coordination and readiness.
- Enable effective collaboration by leading key forums (GMT, GGT, ICO/US) and driving alignment on strategy, priorities, and decisions across stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination across functions, brands, and regions, ensuring consistent execution and messaging.
Requirements
- BA or BS required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of commercial pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing, strategy, new product launch, and business development in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology companies.
- Significant experience in commercial strategy, portfolio management, or marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and shape enterprise‑level strategy.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, insights, and commercial impact.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver clear and compelling executive‑level narratives.
- Experience in product launches, strategy development, and commercial operations.
