Base pay range

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
* Manage IT operations, including network, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
* Oversee cybersecurity programs, compliance, and risk management.
* Lead technology projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
* Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
* Create and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
* Manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
* Mentor and lead IT team members, fostering professional growth.
* Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
* Proven track record in managing enterprise IT environments and leading technology initiatives.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
