Shape the future of procurement at AAR. We're looking for a strategic procurement leader to oversee a $100M+ indirect spend portfolio, lead technology sourcing initiatives, and drive procurement transformation across a growing global enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management across key indirect categories (Technology, HR, Marketing, Real Estate, Professional Services, etc.)
• Drive technology procurement initiatives, including software, cloud, and IT services
• Build strong partnerships with leaders across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Operations
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Strong technology sourcing and contract negotiation expertise
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change
• Experience building procurement capabilities and delivering business value
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $195,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus. xhqgsiq
