Director, Independent Loan Review & Corporate Governance

Firstcommercialbk seeks a Director of Loan Review and Corporate Governance to oversee the Bank’s independent loan review function and support robust governance practices. The role reports to executive management and the Board, maintaining independence from lending activities while guiding credit risk assessments and policy compliance.

The position also serves as Director of Corporate Governance, coordinating board governance, records management, and regulatory documentation.
