Director, In-Store Experience & Sales Leadership

Macy’s in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Director, In Store to lead People Leaders and drive strategy to achieve sales while maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store environment for customers.

You will coach, train and develop a team, oversee customer experience initiatives, analyze store performance, and plan workload, pricing, signing, and merchandise execution to exceed goals. The role reports to Store Manager and prepares future leadership.
