Director, HR Systems & People Tech Leader

Mattel, Inc. seeks a Director, People and Culture (HR), IT Systems to oversee the technology and systems supporting P&C operations. Based in El Segundo, CA, this role partners with payroll, HR, Finance, and Compliance to ensure secure and efficient HR/payroll platforms.
