Director, HR Shared Services & Transformation

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Human Resources Shared Services Director to oversee HR Administration and end-to-end hire-to-retire processes for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop HR solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the shared services organization.

You will manage payroll offerings, optimize processes, and mentor managers while aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.
