Doceree seeks a hands-on Director of HR Operations and HRIS to lead Workday implementation and build scalable HR infrastructure to support growth. You will translate HR requirements into processes, workflows, and data standards and collaborate with HR leadership, Finance, IT, and external partners.
Post-implementation, you’ll govern HRIS, optimize operations, ensure data integrity, and drive governance, compliance, and analytics across locations.
