Role: Director, Healthcare Sales
Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director, Healthcare Sales to lead marketing, outreach, community engagement, intake, and enrollment activities for its PACE program. This role will be responsible for driving participant enrollment, developing and maintaining referral relationships, overseeing team performance, improving enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and program requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare sales, growth, outreach, and enrollment experience, along with demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities. The individual should be comfortable working in a data-driven environment, using performance metrics and reporting tools to prioritize activities, manage teams, improve conversion, and achieve enrollment goals.
This is a leadership opportunity for a strategic and hands‑on professional who can build strong community and referral relationships, oversee enrollment operations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate effectively with executive leadership
