- Collaborate with executive leaders, physicians, finance, analytics, and operations teams.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, develop business cases, guide mergers and acquisitions activities, and oversee partnership integration efforts.
- Play a key role in expanding high-priority clinical programs such as pediatric specialties, neurosciences, transplant, oncology, and other strategic service lines while positioning UW Health as the preferred destination for patients and healthcare partners across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Health Administration. Required
- Master's Degree in Business or Health Administration. Preferred
- 5 years of experience in entrepreneurial, business development, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare strategy or related efforts in start-up to large organization environments. Required
- 5 years of experience with an integrated health system with multiple markets Preferred
