Director, Group Operations — Physician Practices Leader

PIH Health is seeking a Director, Group Operations to ensure efficient operations across multiple physician group practices in the Greater Los Angeles region. You will collaborate with the COO, front-line managers, and medical leadership to improve patient care, financial results, and staff satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or healthcare management with at least five years of management experience in physician practices, plus lean training. Master’s degree preferred.
