Onsite Full Time Supply Chain

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the transformation, execution, and optimization of a global operations at a company specializing in sophisticated technology, electronics, sensors, and engineered products.

The business is focused on increasing efficiency across product lines, and are looking to streamline supply chain activities, strengthen execution, eliminate process redundancies, and build a scalable global operating model. Priorities include maximizing SAP capabilities, improving planning and forecasting, optimizing inventory and working capital, standardizing performance management, and driving greater productivity through data, automation, and disciplined processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of a fragmented supply chain into an integrated, scalable global function.
  • Translate supply chain strategy into disciplined execution, clear accountability, and measurable results.
  • Serve as the business leader for SAP Supply Chain transformation, driving adoption, process optimization, and value realization.
  • Optimize planning, forecasting, inventory, and working capital through stronger processes, analytics, and performance management.
  • Establish standardized global processes, governance, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
  • Improve supplier performance, sourcing effectiveness, risk management, and supply continuity.
  • Drive sustainable cost optimization while strengthening material availability and service.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to address technical suppliers, long-lead components, obsolescence, BOM changes, and product requirements.
  • Lead organizational change and build an accountable, execution-focused global supply chain team.

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading significant supply chain transformation and optimization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to move from strategy to execution and deliver measurable operational and financial results.
  • Experience serving as the senior business owner for SAP-enabled supply chain transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain capabilities across areas such as MM, WM/EWM, TM, PP, P2P, IBP/S&OP, BOM, and analytics.
  • Experience leading global or multi-regional supply chain organizations through complex organizational and process change.
  • Background supporting engineered products, electronics, sensors, automation, robotics, inspection technology, or similarly complex technical supply chains.
  • Track record of improving cost, supplier performance, inventory utilization, working capital, forecast accuracy, and material availability.
  • Experience designing operating models, standardizing processes, strengthening supplier networks, and implementing KPI-driven performance management.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to align cross-functional and regional stakeholders and create accountability for results.
