- Lead and oversee New Product Development (NPD) initiatives
- Assemble and guide a Program Management team
- Drive successful execution of major NPD projects
- Foster alignment and collaboration across multiple functional areas
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, and financial targets
- Conduct quality control on all major NPD projects
- Develop and maintain NPD Project Execution Standards, Playbook & Discipline
- Ensure stakeholder alignment across all parties involved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or foreign degree equivalent)
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 8 years of experience in New Product development and integration for product launch
- 8 years of experience in Leading cross-functional teams
- 8 years of experience in Conducting product cost analysis and management
- 8 years of experience in Tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for production performance
- 8 years of experience in Utilizing Program Management Software such as MS Project
