Pay Range: $39 - $42 / hr.
What's the Job?
- Lead the development and execution of innovative skincare formulas for the Clarity & Age Management categories, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Research & Innovation, and Operations to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Define and implement ingredient strategies that enhance product efficacy while supporting sustainability and brand values.
- Oversee clinical testing strategies to ensure scientific rigor and effective communication of product benefits across diverse skin tones.
- Manage the product portfolio by advocating for market needs, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to maintain industry leadership.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in beauty or skincare product development, with a proven track record of leading innovative projects.
- Deep expertise in skincare formulation, texture development, claims substantiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
