About the Role

The Global Priorities Director at Warner Music Group leads the development and execution of marketing strategy for the company’s highest‑priority global artists. The role coordinates cross‑functional campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment across label affiliates, commercial partners, and creative teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive, multi‑market marketing plans for WMG’s top global priority artists in collaboration with label teams and regional partners.
  • Partner with WMG affiliates worldwide to localize campaign strategies, share resources, and ensure consistent execution of global priorities.
  • Manage global rollout timelines, deliverables, and go‑to‑market activities, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Track key campaign and artist benchmarks globally; work with analytics and marketing intelligence teams to identify insights and optimize efforts.
  • Identify and apply emerging global marketing trends, platform innovations, and fan engagement strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of global artists.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in music marketing, global brand management, or international campaign strategy—preferably within a record label, artist management, or entertainment company.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across international markets and cultures, with a strong understanding of how to adapt strategy for local audiences while maintaining global cohesion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder campaigns on tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable working cross‑functionally with senior executives, creatives, and regional teams.
  • Deep passion for music and a strong grasp of global pop culture, digital trends, and fan behaviors across platforms and territories.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office to support in‑office collaboration.

Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year. The actual base pay is dependent on factors such as work experience and business needs. Pay range is subject to change at any time.
