Job Description

• Lead and mentor the global management company accounting team through a major modernization effort
• Standardize global accounting policies and drive automation to reduce manual workflows
• Oversee global accounting operations, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting under U.S. GAAP
• Manage the global consolidation of operating entities across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead annual financial statement audits and enforce strong internal controls
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, regulatory filings, and the global Accounts Payable function
• Partner with Firm Finance and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements / Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in asset management, private equity, or alternative investments
• Prior experience leading management company accounting within an investment firm
• Deep knowledge of management fee revenue recognition, multi-entity global consolidations, and U.S. GAAP / IFRS
• Experience managing accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience leading finance process transformation and automation initiatives
