Director, Global Litigation & Employment

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Director, Legal – Litigation and Employment to join our San Antonio, TX team. This role owns litigation and employment matters across the US and internationally, manages a small team, and coordinates with outside counsel globally.

Ideal candidates bring strong commercial litigation and employment experience from private practice or in‑house, preferably with a technology industry background and a proven ability to advise leadership on risk and compliance.
