Our client, a leading consumer products company with a portfolio of established brands, is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis and strategic business performance initiatives. This person will oversee budgeting and forecasting; deliver timely financial reporting and variance analysis; and partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations and executive leadership to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have proven FP&A leadership experience in a CPG or consumer products environment, a track record in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations and strong financial, analytical and strategic partnership skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
