Duties
- You will Assess policies, procedures, or requirements to mitigate potential problem areas for strategic business plans.
- You will Brief deploying personnel on new or updated documentation.
- You will Develop management plans that align with program goals and objectives.
- You will Prioritize projects to maximize the effective use of limited resources.

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- 1) Applying principles, methods, and techniques of business and public administration to manage a large complex quality of life program area ... (list continues as in original text)
- 2) Developing, implementing and evaluating multi-command, multi-claimant programs
- 3) Resolving complex program management issues involving multiple stakeholders and requiring highly developed negotiation skills
- 4) Providing technical advice on resource allocation and related matters
- 5) Taking management initiative and proposing changes to personnel distribution in order to maximize organizational effectiveness.
