Director, First-Year Experience & Student Transitions

College of Charleston seeks a Director of First-Year Experience to lead strategic and operational efforts for the FYE program. The role ensures the first-year degree requirement is implemented and supports a smooth transition for first-time, full-time students.

The director oversees faculty recruitment, course scheduling, enrollment management, student tracking, early alert interventions, budget oversight, assessment, and communications.
