Director, Financial Restructuring Advisory

JW Michaels & Co. in New York seeks a Director to join its restructuring team in Midtown Manhattan. This in-office role involves analyzing complex financial and restructuring situations and delivering strategic recommendations to clients and boards.

You will develop financial models, oversee junior staff, prepare client and board materials, and participate in meetings and negotiations. A Bachelor's degree is required plus MBA, JD, or CFA, or a Bachelor's with several years in restructuring.
