Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis (Hybrid)

Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis to lead financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and strategic analysis for the Foundation and its client foundations.

The role partners with the CFO and the Finance & Operations leadership team, oversees the Finance Operations Lead, and supports data-driven decision making with clear, concise reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid work and commutable location required.
