Coordinate Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 finance activities, including post-close readiness and issue resolution. Drive adoption of standard project finance processes for revenue recognition, project cost accounting, and billing. What Success Looks Like: Financial integrations are completed quickly with minimal disruption to operations, clients, and employees. ERP and finance system conversions are accurate, controlled, and aligned with company standards. Leadership has clear visibility into integration progress, risks, issues, and required decisions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience leading complex financial integrations, transformation initiatives, or ERP-related programs. Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, working capital, and ERP systems.
