Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of program reporting strategies to enhance financial reporting and decision-making processes.
• Supervise a team of financial reporting specialists, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Coordinate closely with the Reinsurance and Program Accounting teams to align financial reporting with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to financial reporting in the insurance sector.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the reporting process, incorporating innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present reports and financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in Financial Reporting and Management within the Insurance industry.
• 10+ years of strong expertise in Reinsurance Accounting and Program or Insurance Accounting specific to the United States market.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements relevant to the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in using financial reporting systems and tools, with an ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
