Director, Field Operations & Emergency Readiness

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks a Director, Field Operations to lead day-to-day emergency management and field readiness within the Security, Operations and Revenue Recovery unit, based at Randall’s Island.

The role translates strategy into executable programs, trains and exercises staff, coordinates cross‑agency resources, and ensures safe, resilient operations across the agency’s crossings and public safety partners. Telework is available for one day per week.
