Director, Field Medical Strategy & Operations

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Director, Specialty Field Medical, Strategy, and Operations to drive strategic and operational excellence for the MSL team. You will implement field initiatives, build capabilities, and establish internal processes and field systems.

You will partner with field leaders to identify capability needs, deliver innovative solutions, and support training in systems like Veeva CRM and PowerBI, while maintaining governance and compliance across the Field Medical organization.
